Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

·       We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

·       Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

·       Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Delays

·       Snowbird USA Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

·       If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at snowbirdusainc@gmail.com. We can assist with a replacement or claim.
